Albuquerque Tea Party

The Tea Party here in Albuquerque was spread along Montgomery Boulevard for some distance. I took pictures from San Pedro to Louisiana, here are some of them. I heard estimates of 10,000 people attending. The response from the drivers along the route was quite positive, lots of horns honking.

The mood of the crowd was cheerful. Rather different from the RNC protests in Minnesota this summer. Not getting any teargas was another advantage.
